1. Who we are

UAE Work Hub is a recruitment service operated by One Accord Global. When you submit an application on this website, One Accord Global acts as the data controller for the personal data you provide.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what is needed to review a job application for a UAE warehouse position:

• Identity: given name(s), surname, date of birth.
• Contact: phone number, email, Telegram username (optional).
• Location: current city and state in India.
• Employment context: desired position, prior work experience, English level, availability.
• Application metadata: submission timestamp, source (landing page), technical request information such as IP address and browser user-agent (for anti-abuse only).

We do not ask for passport numbers, bank details, medical records, or biometric data on this website. Any documents required later (passport, medical certificate) are handled directly by the employer’s official partner in the UAE after a job offer is accepted.

3. Why we collect it

• To review your application for a warehouse position in the UAE.
• To contact you about the status of your application, additional questions, and the job offer.
• To pass your application to the UAE employer if you are selected.
• To keep an audit trail for anti-abuse and legal compliance.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the application form. Where applicable, processing is also based on the legitimate interest of matching candidates with employers, and on our need to comply with United Arab Emirates employment and immigration requirements when an offer is issued.

5. Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with parties that are directly involved in your application:

• The UAE employer you are being matched with.
• The employer’s official partner that manages documentation and medical clearance in the UAE.
• Our hosting and email service providers, strictly as processors under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or third-party marketers.

6. How long we keep it

• Active applications: for the duration of the recruitment process.
• Rejected or withdrawn applications: up to 12 months, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
• Hired candidates: employment-related data is transferred to the UAE employer; our copy is kept for compliance and audit for the period required by law.
• Deletion request from you: honoured within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. How we protect it

• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
• Access to the internal panel is restricted, password-protected and audited.
• Application data is stored on servers we control; backups are encrypted.
• We follow the principle of least privilege — only staff involved in recruitment can view application data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten), subject to legal retention.
• Withdraw consent for further processing at any time.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@oneaccordglobal.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and, where reasonably possible, communicated to candidates whose data we are actively processing. The Effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
